Contact our dedicated concierge team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the seating is carefully disassembled and placed back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit; all hardware and accessories must be included.
Schedule Specialized Transport
Due to the size and weight of our luxury furniture, we will coordinate a professional white-glove freight carrier to pick up the items directly from your residence at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
